The descriptive text within the "Assistant model" section of Smart Window settings needs to be updated. Some of the initial names were incorrect. And, we're also now noting the 'maker' of each model.

Here's is a link to the latest strings in Figma and I'll describe the updates here.

For the fast model, update from gemini-flash-lite to:
Model gemini-2.5-flash-lite by Google

For the flexible model, update from Qwen3-235B-A22B-throughput to:
Model Qwen3-235B-A22B-Instruct-2507 by Alibaba

For the personal model, update from gpt-oss-120b to:
Model gpt-oss-120B by OpenAI

bug 2021194 added the model owner to firstrun and we might eventually go remote with bug 2024059

but for now maybe we should reuse the locally refactored helper from bug 2021947

bug 2009612 current patch is updating the model name to be consistent also passing around the owner string but doesn't show the owner yet
