Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox enterprise and log in.
  2. Type about:crashparent in the URL bar.
  3. From the Crash Report click on "Restart Firefox".
  4. Log in.

Expected result

  • The user is successfully logged in and the browser starts.

Actual result

  • The user is logged in but the browser does not start.
  • Clicking on the browser icon does not open the browser.

Additional notes

  • Killing the Firefox process resolves the issue.
