Second time happening to me (so perhaps a regression from this/last week?). After restarting the browser window drag&drop just works fine again. I don't know how to trigger. However afterwards I'm unable to drag selected text, move links to around, and also unable to rearrange tabs/bookmarks. Basically, everything that requires holding and moving the mouse.
I can't reliable reproduce, so I'm unable to provide a mozregression.
Arch Linux, Gnome 49, Wayland
I hope I can provide better STR if I can notice when exactly this happens. Not sure if right component. I couldn't find a bug on file for this yet.

Unfortunately, I'm not 100% certain, but I think I got this in a pernos.co trace: https://pernos.co/debug/_I0ikCTtKB31KOX8r0AqsQ/index.html (Where you also enable various logging in hindsight).

Can you provide us with the system information from about:support? This information might help us determine the cause of yourt issue.
