Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Smart Window and Select the Dark theme.
  2. Open the Library panel.

Expected result

  • The Smart Window theme should apply to all panels.

Actual result

  • The Library panels will show the classic dark mode enabled.

This is expected, we don't want/need to theme the library window for smart window. It's orthogonal to smart/classic windows.
