Overview: If there is an open <p> tag inside an anchor (<a>) tag, the entire
page gets messed up; incluing normal text getting converted to links, click
*anywhere* leading to transfer to the URL specified in the buggy <a> tag, etc.

Test Case: Open the attached document in mozilla.exe. The rendering is all
wrong. Also, click anywhere on the document and you will be transferred to
bugzilla.mozilla.org.
