Affected environment
- Staging
Tested platforms
- Affected platforms: All
Preconditions
- Be logged into Firefox Enterprise on Linux or MacOS.
Steps to reproduce
- Access the console and select the "Users" tab
- Take a look at the "Operating system and version sessions" section.
Expected result
- Ubuntu and MacOS are correctly reflected in the "Operating system and version sessions" page.
Actual result
- Ubuntu is referenced by using the kernel version (6.17.0-14-generic), and MacOS (versions older than 26) is referenced as Darwin
Additional notes
- The issue reproduces for MacOS 26 as well, on the "Event Details" module.
- The Production console correctly reflects older versions of MacOS (for example:
15 (Sequoia))
