Trunk build 2003-04-10: WinXP Overview: Open the Filter Rules dialog and look at the dropdown lists in the Action criteria. A white line appears in the dropdown lists (it appears to the left of the down arrow). This problem only appears on Windows using the Modern theme. Expected Results: The dropdown list should look like the dropdown lists in the top section of the Filter Rules dialog (i.e. "Subject", "contains").

For this reason, the Summary of this bug is being changed from "Filter Rules dialog's Action dropdown lists display a white line" to "Dropdown lists display a white vertical line in a variety of dialogs (Filters, Search Messages, Search Addresses)
