Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Smart Window.
  2. Click a Quick Prompt from the New Tab page.
  3. Type something in the Smartbar.

Expected result

  • The Suggestions list should not be displayed for a follow up conversation.

Actual result

  • The Suggestions list opens at the bottom and the user is forced to scroll down in order to see the actions.
