Update the auto-generated privacy capability matrix to explicitly indicate when a private browsing value inherits from the corresponding normal mode value.
Currently, table cells that do not define a private-specific pref may appear ambiguous. This change adds a short message (e.g., “Inherits from Normal”) to make the behavior explicit and improve readability.
Documentation-only change. No runtime behavior changes.
