• Have the VPN available.
• Be logged in;
• Be in about:preferences;

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Observe the position of “Get even more protection outside Firefox with Mozilla VPN” section;
2. Observe the “Monthly VPN data” section.

[Expected result]:

1. The “Get even more protection outside Firefox with Mozilla VPN” section is last;
2. The “Monthly VPN data” section is bordered.

[Actual result]:

1. The “Get even more protection outside Firefox with Mozilla VPN” section is in the middle;
2. The “Monthly VPN data” section has no border.

Bryan, we'd like to request an uplift on this patch for the VPN release in 149. Since there are string changes, I want to make sure this is okay with the localization team. Thoughts?

Becca - this string hasn't even finished landing. Is the string change a requirement from legal? If not, could this wait to 150?

The string change isn't a requirement from legal, but we at least need these UI changes for 149. I'll look into separating out the string changes so we can just uplift the UI part and leave the string changes until 150.
