The README on GitHub incorrectly required PR to be linked against GitHub Issue when we use Bugzilla for filing issues.
The steps mentioned in https://github.com/mozilla/perfcompare/blob/main/README.md?plain=1#L58 work for linking PRs against issues in GitHub and not those we maintain in Bugzilla.
