Steps to reproduce
- Open the Smart Window.
- Reach a few Websites in new tabs
- Open the Assistant and add a mention with @
- Click the Added mention and then drag and drop it right there in the Smart bar.
Expected result
- Dropping a context chip in the Smart Bar should not submit a prompt.
Actual result
- Clicking on a mention chip and then dragging it inside the same smart bar will submit a new prompt.
