Steps to reproduce
- Open the Smart Window.
- Reach a few Websites in new tabs
- Open the Assistant and add a few Tabs from the + button to the Smart Bar header.
- Use the Mouse wheel to scroll the Context Chips header.
Expected result
- The user should be able to scroll and bring some of those tabs into view.
Actual result
- The Context chip headers do not fall on a second row when no longer visible and the Smart bar header is not scrollable.
