“Find tab groups in the menu” confirmation hint/toast notification when a user removes the tab groups toolbar item from the toolbar.

This will point to the application menu icon in order to let the user know that they can still access the tab groups list from the application menu even if they removed the toolbar item.

TODO: Open questions:

  1. Is this the final string?
  2. If the user adds and removes the tab groups toolbar item multiple times, should we display this message every time, or only the first time?
