When I start mozilla my configured homepage cannot be found (network problem).

The problem goes when I set a static proxy server
The problem happens when I set a pointer to a proxy config file (.pac)

Any other subsequent page entered in the address box will be loaded ok

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. setup a proxy configuration file in the advanced -> proxy tab
2. setup a homepage (any)
3. close mozilla
4. launch mozilla

Actual Results:
mozilla will react with a popup-message stating that the URL cannot be found

Expected Results:
load the homepage
