Details

The uplift request form in Lando is updating several field names (e.g. "User impact if declined" → "User impact if declined/Reason for urgency", "Needs manual QE test" → "Needs manual QE testing?"). Additionally, yes/no fields will now be sent as strings ("yes"/"no") instead of booleans.
