Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Scroll down to the bottom on webpage 2.Go to another webpage 3.Click the back button to return to the previous webpage Actual Results: The scroll bar appeared in the wrong location. Expected Results: The scroll bar should have appeared in the correct location.
