This may be a "Tech Evangelism" type bug (see #84618), however this is the
w3.org site so you'd think the page would be XML compliant.  Workaround is that
this works in IE6. Sim

Confirming on Windows 98, Mozilla 1.5 branch, build 2003091604. Severity normal,
as the page cannot be accessed.

I'm seeing tons of these "XML Parsing error" messages with this build.

This is probably a dupe of bug 22942. The nsbp entity is defined in the external
DTD (http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-xmlschema-2-20010502/xmlspec-19990429.dtd).

The about: problem was a recent regression (bug 219355) which should be fixed now.
