The application menu now appears as the farmost element of the title bar (other than any window controls that the operating system may have, e.g. on Windows and Linux). This is generally how the application menu appears when the vertical tab strip is enabled, but with Nova, we also expect the application menu to be at the end of the title bar with the horizontal tab strip.
