Steps to reproduce
- Open a Smart Window.
- Copy a Website URL.
- Right click inside the Smart bar.
Expected result
- The Paste and Go option should be available underneath the Paste option.
Actual result
- There is no Paste and Go option for the Smart bar.

Add a “Paste and Go” context menu item to the smartbar that fills the input and commits an action immediately.
