Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.russellstover.com/
  2. Observe the page

Expected Behavior:
Site loads

Actual Behavior:
"Error 403 Forbidden" is displayed

Notes:

  • Reproducible on the latest Firefox Release, but not reproducible in Nightly
  • Reproducible regardless of the ETP setting
  • Works as expected using Chrome

Interestingly,
First load : 403
Reload (F5) : 403
Super reload (Shift + F5): Success

And It works in Private window....

This works for me, but it's still broken for Ksenia. It's not Akamai, though, it's Fastly. Except it's broken for me in Release, too, and it works on Nightly.
