Attachment: WIP: Bug 2024874 - Remove SimplePlayloadMarkerTemplate.

This feature has remained unused since its introduction 8 months ago.
Removing it to improve long-term maintainability and avoid misleading newcomers to the project.

You and Jeff said we should have it. That it was a reason some pieces of logging weren't using markers. So I added it :P.

I think a bunch of things we have should probably be using it? Or at least it would make some stuff cleaner. But at the same time, I'm not personally invested in having it even if I think it does lower the barrier for adding markers significantly.
