With no popups set in Preferences, going to nytimes.com, clicking on
something, and then using the Back button will result in a popup ad
appearing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to www.nytimes.com
2.Click on something on the page
3.Use the back button
Actual Results:
Popup ad appears
Expected Results:
No popup ad as per Preferences
