The current profiles settings don't match these Figma mocks. See this link compared with the attached screenshot: https://www.figma.com/design/2b02v18AppIpsTceWac2T3/Settings-Desktop?node-id=19654-26947&m=dev

It looks like we're missing the "Manage profiles" link, at the very least.

The manage profiles link is currently in the profiles subpage. It looks a little funny on its own there, but if you have created a second profile, that subpanel is where we show the additional "copy profile" controls (see the screenshot)

If UX wants to move the manage profiles control to top-level, it would be good to clarify what to do with the copy profile controls.
