To help with Tab Groups feature discovery, we want to create a card on the homepage under Collections to inform users their collections have been migrated to Tab Groups. This migration will happen on boot once. The tab group will share the same title as the collection and a color will be automatically assigned round-robin.
This spike will investigate the work necessary and their estimates. Ticket with story points will be filed as a result.
