Steps to reproduce
- Enable the Smart Window.
- Enable Vertical Tabs > Expand on hover.
- Hover over the sidebar and observe the Sidebar color
Expected result
- Sidebar color remains the same as before.
Actual result
- Sidebar color is much darker when the expand on hover is used.
Regression range
- Will search for one.

This is not a regression issue, this issue occurs since Smart Window was available.
