Steps to reproduce
- Open a Smart Window.
- Have a Few memories saved.
- Ask for a short response that would pop up the applied memories panel.
Expected result
- The Applied memories panel should probably scroll down if there is not enough space at the top of the window.
Actual result
- The Applied memories panel is truncated when displayed for the first time on shorter responses.
