The "Manage Memories" preferences UI (in Preferences | AI Controls | Smart Window Settings | Manage Memories) doesn't have enough space between the title and the explanatory-text-right-below-it:

Hey Loren - For this one, I'd like to:

1. Move the text to be within the card and not directly below the header.
2. Change the text.
