Steps to reproduce

1. Open a Smart Window.
2. Have a few opened tabs or recently visited websites.
3. Use the @mention to single out a website.

Expected result

• The Mention panel should be displayed anchored to the Smartbar.

Actual result

• The Mention panel is displayed floating over the Smart bar.
  This issue does not happen in the Sidebar, only on the Homepage.
