The interactions viewer is useful for anyone trying to debug Places having to use a SQLite browser.

Adds a Places DB tab that allows browsing any SQLite table in the Places database
with column selection, pagination, and sorting. Also adds a search filter to the
Interactions and Places tabs that filters by URL and title. Removes the Export History
button which wasn't being used. Reload now reloads the last tab that was open.
