This patch assumes that we're fine with the HNT Nova pref controlling the roundness of both about:newtab AND about:privatebrowsing's instance of the handoff component.

Verified on latest Nightly 151.0a1 2026-04-02 under Win 11, Ubuntu 24 and macOS 15, that setting browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.nova.enabled to True will change the corners of handoff search bar to rounded ones in about:newtab and about:privatebrowsing.
