User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:149.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/149.0
Steps to reproduce:
Before 149 version you can zoom site by 10% step, so I can clearly set 160% for zoom.
Actual results:
After update to 149 version site zoom have strange step, so now I cannot set 160% for zoom, only 150 and 170 and next is 200!
Expected results:
Zoom step should be same as it was years before 10%

We don't use a uniform scale but one where steps continuously become bigger. The scale also incorporates steps that are meant to be intuitive such as "one third smaller" or "one third larger." Is there a particular reason why you prefer 10% steps?
I'll mark this as a regression but as it stands this is working as intended.

Yes, this is intentional, but if you'd like to change the zoom selections, I believe you can modify toolkit.zoomManager.zoomValues in about:config to go by 10's - example:
The current default is:
.3,.5,.67,.8,.9,1,1.1,1.2,1.33,1.5,1.7,2,2.4,3,4,5
but you could modify this to:
.3,.5,.67,.8,.9,1,1.1,1.2,1.3,1.4,1.5,1.6,1.7,1.8,1.9,2.0
and I think that'd modify the zoom behaviour to give you what you want. But, as Dao said, working as intended.

But right before 149 version we were able to use another scaling mechanism! So if nothing changed specially - that means something was broken, because of before as I said it was possible to 160%, now - only 150 or 170

Bug 2008628 did that. Before, zooming via Ctrl++/- and mouse wheel used different scales, now they're consistent.
