Implement the following:

  • Display the <alert id> for summaries that are duplicated and have a "reassigned" status.
  • Add a feature to copy the ID.

Before: Duplicated summaries: Alert #1234 - reassigned
After: Duplicated summaries: Alert #1234 - reassigned to #4321
