FxE client restart does not work and process needs to be terminated in order to launch Felt screen again after Force Sign out

Preconditions
Admin access to stage console on a different browser than FxE (or different device)
Sign in with SSO on FxE.
Steps to reproduce
- From the console, navigate to the user profile in the preconditions and use the Force Sign out button from Device&browsers sections, next to the browser session.
- Click Force Sign out and observe the results in console and in client.
- For console, if there is only one session in device and browser, the issue Force sign out: does not apply to client and results in multiple session being listed in console) has been added. The user is not signed out from the client.
- In the client URL bar, type
restartand observe the result.
Expected result
When 2027720 is fixed, a restart should not be achievable since the user would be signed out and the window closed.
Launching the Felt authentication screen should be possible after Force Sign out.
Actual result
No browser restart occurs. Trying to restart the client by clicking on the FxE icon does not open the Felt authentication screen until the process has been terminated.

Yes, this is no longer reproduced because the user is signed out through Force Sign out and can no longer be restarted from stage console, (Apr 1, 2026, 6:58 PM Build)
After signing in again., restart works as expected - tested on macOS Tahoe 26.3 and Win 11 on 151.0a1 (20260403052206).
