View a long XML document that has no style. There should be scrollbars, alas
there are none.

This was NOT caused by the fix to enable printing of more than the first page of
pretty printed document. But it might be worth to experiment if this could be
fixed by editing the CSS only...

still happens in build 2003051908 on win2k

could the reason be that I get the follwoing error message prepended to the xml 
file:

<<        This XML file does not appear to have any style information
        associated with it. The document tree is shown below.>>

e.g. with http://dbunit.sourceforge.net/sample_webtest/build.xml

We believe this was caused by roc's new scrollbar code.

We have an OS/2 1.3 build and once we added the new scrollbar code in, this
started happening.
