Steps to reproduce:

I tried to view a local file from my bookmarks.

Actual results:

Sometimes local files are displayed slowly.

Expected results:

displayed immediately

The user agent is Windows 11.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox for Android::General' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
