Bug 2026814

Since this change was intentional with Bug 2026814 should the last row of text be displayed right on top of the Smart bar if the fade in effect is there ? or should the user be able to scroll a bit more so the text does not remain right on top of the smart bar ?

Please note that the Top section of our chat has the same issue, the blur fade effect overlaps the text.

We should probably check with the UX to see if they think this is an issue or if it's the expected behavior from the blur. My understanding is that this is expected behavior as requested on Figma: https://www.figma.com/design/Z5zZnnKuy7XGuYkwTblVo4/Smart-Window-MVP-%7C-UI---UX-Review?node-id=231-5874&m=dev

HI @Giulia, one of the concerns I have is that when there is nothing to scroll at the bottom the last row of text is displayed underneath that blur effect, It would be ok if it only shows up when theres more scrolling available but it stops when it cant be scrolled anymore.

The patch for this bug will also fix the new chat button being visible on fullpage mode when we switch from smart -> classic via the top right switcher button.
Aligned with the UX team and we will have extra spacing on top and bottom of the chat content. The top spacing will be taller/wider than the bottom.
