I have my mail set up to download new mail every 15 minutes or so. The new mail
icon appears in the system tray even when all of the new mail has been
determined to be junk and moved to the Junk folder. This reduces the usefulness
of the new mail notification, because more often than not, when I open the mail
window, there is no new mail, just new junk.
