To reproduce:
1. Open page with TEXTAREA window
2. Select part/all of the text inside TEXTAREA
3. Open File->Print menu
4. Print Range->Selection option is unavailable (greyed)

Remark: Due to bug 197934 and this one, there seems to be no way to print
TEXTAREA content from Mozilla at the moment.

When the text in http://www.yosemite.org/visitor/frequent-wildflower.htm is
selected, only the first 3-1/2 lines print.
Also, http://www.sirunning.com/race2004/r0418a2.html does not print correctly;
the problem is reflected in the Print Preview.
Neither of these problems occur with Internet Explorer 6.0.

TB3.  Impossible to print a selection of text - major nuisance. Regular need to print only the latest email in a string of correspondence which would run to maybe six pages.  Print select prints the whole lot !!!!
Have to copy the whole lot into a new Word file and then print a selection where it works.  This shouldn't need rocket science to fix.

Cannot reproduce.

I can't reproduce the problems in comment 2, maybe the pages have changed.

However, I can reproduce the original report on Firefox 4, linux.

Marking this as Resolved > Worksforme since the issue no longer is reproducible on the latest versions of Firefox Nightly 95.0a1 (2021-10-14), beta 94.0b5 or release 93.0 on Windows 10.
If anyone can still reproduce the issue either re-open it or file a new one.
