2029668 - Orphaned attachments are not cleared causing excessive storage growth

Remote Settings cached attachments are not cleaned up when a record is updated with a new attachment or when a record is tombstoned. This leaves orphaned blobs in local storage and can cause significant disk usage growth over time.

This was observed with the quicksuggest-amp.sql database reaching 1GB+ in some cases on Firefox iOS, and it was also confirmed on Android. The issue is more visible in collections that update frequently.
