Mozilla's Simple mapi simulations provide such a feature to send mail in "blind"
on Windows platform. It makes other non-message-client applications be able to
send message via Mozilla mail.
The same feature would be needed by other applications on Linux/Unix platform.
It would be convenience for applications to access if there were command-line
supporting "blind send".

it would be nice if we were able to use the mailto URL format to pass the
message fields as parameters.
