2030037 - Add a gecko pref and feature FML for QA validation for gecko nimbus prefs feature

We need to add a test pref and feature for QA testing of changing Gecko prefs.

• Desktop has nimbus.qa.pref-1 and nimbus.qa.pref-2, we could maybe just make these available on Android.
• We also need a test feature in the Android FML that uses these

Attachment: Bug 2030037 - Add a test Gecko pref and feature FML for Android

Added:

• nimbus.qa.pref-1 and nimbus.qa.pref-2 to geckoview-prefs.js
• Added a nimbus.fml.yaml experiment in Fenix that uses these prefs
  for QA purposes.
