Affected versions
- Fx 151.0a1
Affected platforms
- Windows
- macOS
- Ubuntu
Preconditions
- browser.urlbar.autoFill.adaptiveHistory.enabled set to true.
Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox.
- Navigate to this link: https://www.reddit.com/r/SipsTea/comments/1sfg14b/gen_z_men_is_this_getting_worse_going_forward/
- Navigate to reddit.com
- Open a new tab.
- Type 'redd' in the address bar and choose the first link from the suggest section.
Expected result
- First result: Adaptive autofill URL
- Second result: the past visit to https://reddit.com
Actual result
- The second result is not displayed.
Regression range
- Not a regression.
Additional notes
- I've also tried this after forcing a frecency recalculation (as instructed in the documentation), but the same outcome was obtained.
- Please note that the Firefox Suggest section has the origin visit among its suggestions, but the expectancy is for it to be displayed below the autofill suggestion (2nd suggestion below the urlbar).

Ah, sorry for the confusion Cristian. Originally my code (as also reflected by the initial QA doc) had the origin appear immediately below the first result but Marco suggested we just put the backup result in the general group. So as long as the origin appear somewhere in the list (including Suggest), it's okay.
