mousewheel scrolling broken? I can't use it in mail or browser. it seems to be broken, on my fresh debug win32 bits, but I might be smoking crack.

no problems here on winXP or RH-9
wheelmouse scrolling doesn't work when mouseovering iframes (i.e. ads) anymore for me (2003042304 Win2k) on the URL: http://www.aceshardware.com/read.jsp?id=55000251
I was talking to bryner, telling him that I had just started using my machines "standby mode". I checked, and mousewheeling was broken for phoenix, IE, notepad.exe, etc. on reboot, everything started working again. a bug in win2k, I guess.
