Config: Build 1999112908 on WinNT 4 SP5 (PII with 64 MB RAM)
Overview: Clicking on combo-boxes is inducing wild behaviour in mozilla and
viewer. This problem was not there in M11. Behaviour includes the document
jumping around, layout getting messed up, drop-down box appearing outside
mozilla window and even crashes.
Test Case: Open mozilla.exe. Make the window small. Go to http://java.sun.com/
Click on one of the combo-boxes on the left.
Actual Result: The document goes haywire- the positioning goes all wrong.
Repeat with M11 build. Works fine.
Expected behaviour: As in M11 build.
Attaching the relevant code snippet for testing the bug.

This works fine with native scrollbars, it is erratic with GFX scrollbars
turned. That means it is a duplicate of bug 19376, marking as duplicate.

Aside from apparently having something to do with GFX scrollbars, this bug reads
nothing like 19376, which involves form submission, and doesn't even mention
combo-boxes. reopening.

With the Nov 30th build, I'm seeing these problems when GFX scrollbars is
enabled. When GFX scrollbars is disabled, none of these problems are occuring for
me. Since this a GFX scrollbar problem, marking this as a duplicate of 19376.
