203185 - Image saveable but not visible

The image http://l3s144.zeus01.de/karten/Zwischeninseln.jpg is not visible,
although the horizontal scrollbar gets the image`s width. When i right-click on
the white area (where the image should be) and save it, then the correct image
data is written, so that i can see the image locally. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load the url http://l3s144.zeus01.de/karten/Zwischeninseln.jpg
2. right-click on the white area and save the image to your hd
3. view the local file to see it *is* on  the url

Actual Results:  
white area with the correct size of the image

Expected Results:  
display the image ;)

the local image is shown when you view it with another programm than mozilla ;)

Image is too big, width=4907  
with Debug build I see
    Jpeg decoding error:
    Image too wide for this implementation
