All win32 builds since Build ID: 1999111108 crash on launch after profile
creation completes (for builds from 19991112xx through 1999112409 which do not
have bug# 20316). The crash is an access violation which seems to be the same
across the builds. I'm attaching a copy of a Dr. Watson log of one of the
crashes.
There is no workaround. I am stuck at Build ID 1999111108.

Which service patch of NT are you running? I've had the same problem on
machines with SP 3...

A stack backtrace could prove that this is a DUP of 19165. Is this bug still
happening in today's (1130) build?

1130 builds are not out yet; I know this happens in 1129 builds. Also, DrWatson
is not useful without a link map. A stack backtrace would clinch it.

I am running SP5 on a machine mainly intended for running Office 97 apps ... no
build environment or debuggers available.

I'm marking this a dup of 19165 -- it smells like it, and we can reopen if it
turns out to be different, but there's no point in having two bugs for exactly
the same symptom.
