Steps to reproduce

1. Open Smart Window.
2. Type something in the Smart bar.

Expected result

• The Ask dropdown Chevron should be visible with High Contrast Desert theme on Win 11 or High contrast White theme on Win 10

Actual result

• The Ask dropdown Chevron is not visible with those two High contrast themes.
