Prerequisites

Firefox theme is set to Dark mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Fenix and go to Settings -> AI controls.
2. Ensure Dark theme is enabled
3. Rotate the device to landscape mode
4. Observe the screen
5. Rotate back to portrait mode

Actual Results:

The screen shows inconsistent theming:
Content area switches to light theme
Header (AI Controls title) and buttons remain dark
Mixed UI (light + dark) is displayed on the same screen

Expected Results:

The theme remains consistent across all UI elements
No theme change occurs when rotating the device
All components correctly follow the selected theme

Notes:

Issue is reproducible on Samsung Galaxy S9
This issue is also available for Block AI enhancements? Prompt.
Not observed on other tested devices
Does not reproduce in other Settings sections (appears specific to AI Controls)
Device-specific behavior possible (needs broader device verification).
