[AI controls] "Block AI enhancements" prompt is cut off in Landscape mode on mobile; features list is invisible

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Fenix and go to Settings -> AI controls.
  2. Toggle ON the “Block AI enhancements?" switch.
  3. Rotate the device to Landscape mode.

Actual Results:

The prompt content is not scrollable. The section "What will be blocked:" and the subsequent list of features (Page summaries, Voice search, etc.) are completely cut off and inaccessible.

Expected Results:

The prompt is scrollable, so the user can see the full list of features being blocked.
